Sombrero Craft for Kids

Today we made this Sombrero Craft which was inspired by a similar one I saw on the Kaboose website. I taped a paper cup to a paper plate and then let my son paint it tan. My paper cup had a design on it, so I covered it with white paper first. After it finished drying, he placed different colored pom poms around the brim of the hat. I glued a strip of red ribbon around the bottom of the cup. You could also use strips of paper or felt. I also added a zig-zag line with permanent marker above the ribbon.

Come back everyday this week for more Learning Spanish Fun!
