Little Sister loves to paint - she never seems to tire of it. I thought it would be cute to turn her paintings into a Valentine's Day craft. I gave her paints that were in colors associated with Valentine's Day and let her go at it.
Like many toddlers tend to do, she ended up having globs of paint on her paper. I placed another sheet of paper on top of it and had her rub it. She thought it was the coolest thing when she lifted the top paper and saw that both sheets were now painted. She repeated it over and over again, it was cute to see her so excited!
After the papers dried, I cut a bunch of heart shapes out and had her glue them to a piece of construction paper. My son wanted to create a heart collage too so Little Sister shared her hearts with him.... so sweet!
